As both a chef and a coach, I take a holistic approach to help you reach your wellness goals. You are more than the problems you experience, and together, we can get clear on what you want out of life. It’s my mission to help you become the best version of yourself so you can feel more healthy, satisfied, and connected to your community.
I identify as a Cis-gendered, Heterosexual African-American woman educated in clinical behavioral health, classical french culinary arts & trained in “Trauma Informed Yoga” (TIY) therapy, based out of Ypsilanti.
It is my honor to support you in your journey towards healing. I have a lifelong passion for all things health-related, and I’m a firm believer in a holistic approach.

My primary goal is to empower you to co-create and implement concrete lifestyle shifts that bring you closer to your goals.
